Question

My Samsung 933 HD dosnt always start

My Samsung 933 HD sometimes starts up but on most occasions does not. I have noticed occasionally if I unplug from the mains and replace and swich on it does come on. There is a light flickering in the digital audio out socket at the back of the set if thats any help.

Samsung 933 HD

Managed to get it to come on but says no signal on screen although the aerial is plugged in.I havnt got a manual for it. Is it easy to download one. Im looking at this TV for a friend who is bedridden. Many thanks for any advice

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
