Let Samsung fix it. All the models I see have 1 year warranties.
I have had my Samsung 32" LED tv (model #UN32EH4003CXZA) for about 4 months. I turned the tv on yesterday and there was a vertical white bar, about 5" wide, running down the left side of the screen. The rest of the screen is shadowy and it looks like the last channel watched burned an image into the screen. I can make out whatever channel is currently on, but I still see the cable guide and the H2 logo that I last had on. I have tried unplugging everything and plugging everything back in, checking all the cables to make sure nothing is damaged and is secure. The only things I have connected to the tv are the cable box and a blue ray player. Does anyone know what the problem is? Is this fixable or am I looking at having to junk this one and buy something else? Any input appreciated!
