My question might belong to another forum

by hh / January 25, 2006 12:21 AM PST

Any help appreciated.
Sometimes when I click on a link, instead of opening a brand new browser, it changes one of my open browsers. I want every click to a link to open a new browser. How do I change the settings?
Thanks for the help.

Choose Open In New Window.....

Also make sure that your Internet Options/Advanced is NOT checked for 'Reuse Same Window'

Most times, those two settings will fix it for you, but if you have many IE windows open at the same time, there is a chance that one of them will change, but this works for me when I have five to ten windows open at once.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
