My PC Turn on when i connect wake on Lan cable

My PC turn on when i connect wake on Lan cable to the PC, i got award BIOS, but wake on Lan disabled, but when i insert the cable of my Dlink card in the motherboard wol pin then the PC turn on when i connet it to the power outlet, without pressing any button..what could it be? i am on LAN but if WOL is disabled i don`t understand what happen.

I guess so, i usually feel some electricity inside the PC even when i put the cord out, mostly the monitor, it seems to get electricity all the time.
I don`t use wake on lan, so except you tell me the cord unplugged could cause any damage i don`t need it to use the card.

leave everything plugged in. No need to unplug everything all the time.

Do you have three prong power plugs, the one with the ground? If not you're risking your entire system.
