Yep.
Apr 5, 2018 3:48PM PDT

All these PC cleaners/optimizers can remove essential files. Next question. Do you have backups of your data? Reason I ask is, you may have to reset/reinstall Win 10.

Just making sure your data is safe.
Apr 5, 2018 4:06PM PDT

If you have data you can't lose, there are ways to get it out. But I'd do the Win 10 reinstall. That way you get a clean system. PS. How is on the web.

I've heard enough stories of similar with that CPU. The only cure for it was flashing the BIOS with the latest release.

Why did the BIOS update fail?
Apr 12, 2018 2:59PM PDT

I need you to be clear here. As this is English I take it you were not able to update the BIOS. Not that the problem of other issues were or were not solved.

There are folk that expect a fix from suggestions. Sorry but we work the usual items and see if it clears it up. If you want a better answer, get back to the motherboard maker. You may be on hold a long time.

I'll look over the speccy again.

Answer
Before You Do Something Rash...
Apr 7, 2018 7:12AM PDT

To force a shutdown, open a command prompt as administrator. Enter the command (no quotes) "shutdown –s –f" .

If this shuts you down OK, your problem is that some application is keeping you awake. Sometimes the mere act of doing the forced shutdown will clear the problem with future shutdowns. If the problem persists try the following:

Go to Control Panel/Network and Internet/Network Connections. If you are wired to an Ethernet, click once to highlight "Ethernet." If you are connected wirelessly, click once to highlight "Wi-Fi."

At the top of the window now there will be several tabs. Click on "Change settings of this connection." Another window will open.

Click on "Configure." Another window will open with several tabs at the top.

Click on Power Management. You will see several check boxes. UNcheck the one that says "Allow this device to wake the computer." Then say OK.

This may solve your problem.

Answer
Could be a hardware issue
Apr 12, 2018 6:49AM PDT

I wouldn't rule out a hardware issue. I had the same problem several years ago. New dell desktop. I disconnected the USB 3.0 PCI card (I had no USB 3.0 devices at the time), and installed a 4xUSB 2.0 card. I didn't realize what I had done would cause automatic restarts so I re-installed the operating system but it still kept restarting. That had its benefits but didn't fix the problem. I finally gave it some thought and reverted the USB 3.0 card back to how it came; problem fixed. You don't forget things like that.

Answer
Even with the Speccy I can't decode what HP this is.
Apr 12, 2018 3:08PM PDT

I see far too many things EXTRA in your last speccy. Head back to a clean OS. Be sure never to use Microsoft's Update Driver feature. Turn off Microsoft's Driver Update (how is on the web.)

Then install the drivers for motherboard, chipset, LAN, etc. for Windows from the maker.

The OS is not clean. Also, do not plug in any USB printer, HDD, etc. during this time you are trying to fix it.

Some HP's are just broken in this regard but since I can't decode which HP I can't check it out.

You have a terrible mix of Heimdal, Avast and so much else. It's almost a miracle this machine hasn't gone down forever.
