My PC became suddenly became slow! HELP?

Sep 5, 2016 5:39AM PDT
Operating System
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

CPU
Intel Core i7 4770K @ 3.50GHz

RAM
16.0GB

Motherboard
MSI Z87 MPOWER (MS-781Cool

2048MB ATI AMD Radeon R9 200 Series (VISIONTEK)

All of a sudden my PC has became really slow in all aspects. Loading web pages on Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Rendering videos in Sony Vegas and Adobe After effects. Starting and restarting my PC. All those above take at least 4 times longer than they did last week. I have never had a problem like this.

All my drivers are 100% up to date.
I scanned my entire PC with Norton and Malwarebytes. usually I play games on 1 of my monitors while watching something on my other. I can't do that anymore. Let's say I'm playing League of Legends on my main monitor and open up google chrome and watch a YouTube video while playing, the game instantly drops frames (No matter what game I am playing)

As far as I am aware there are no un-wanted programs on my PC.

I feel Like my PC just got weaker out of nowhere.

Go back to factory conditions to exclude software issues. If that doesn't help it's some hardware issue.

Another area is the HDD. As it fills, it takes longer and longer.

Look at all the talk about moving to SSD. Now you know why.

Take the side panel off.
Verify all the fans are running.
Verify the cpu heatsink has not popped loose.
While your in there use some compressed air and give it a good cleaning.
Don't forget the psu....a few shot of air from both directions.

Go to the hdd maker's site and get the fitness test.
Run the short and long test.

How full is this hdd?
