My NWZ-E438F won't start :S ?

Hello everybody , i'll just start with the main issue ... my sony mp4 is not working ,it takes a minutes since it starts to play or even when i connect it with my pc , it's stays unrecognizible.Firsty , the problem started a couple of months ago , then i brought it into a customers service and the guy updated sw on working 1.00 to 1.02 version , everything was ok , for a couple of days , then the problems started again , problem with charging (false indication) , then the problem with turning on , it takes a couple of minutes as it starts to play .All of the sudden , some of the songs it want even play , just bypassin' them or i don't even know what's happening.This was happening before and after the sw update (1.02).Is there any cure or i (again) must take it to the customer service ... many thanks.

http://www.sony.lv/product/nws-e-series/nwz-e438f tells me this is your usual drag files to the device player. I have found folk with this issue on many such players and given enough time and money I inspect the files they put onto the device and find a corrupt file.

Many can't accept that but it has cured the ones that I ran into (except for those folk that can't accept a bum file can cause issues.)
