Have you updated the firmware, if one is available in your region? Unfortunately, I can only really speak on U.S. products, and if you aren't able to find a solution, I would recommend calling the Samsung Customer Service Center in your region.
I am using a new 1252 blu ray player through a new LED tv: UE326000VW. When playing its first blu ray disc, the picture pixellated in horizontal lines for about 2 minutes and then froze. The only other disc was a standard DVD which showed small squarings repeatedly and froze twice during its 90 mins. Please help someone - have i bought a dud???
