Question

My new gaming build! tips & suggestions?

Mar 22, 2015 6:44PM PDT

Building a gaming PC, let me know if there are parts that I should swap out. Thank you guys!!

CPU - i54690k
MOBO - Asus z97 pro gamer
RAM - 8g (need a brand suggestion)
VGA - Asus gtx 970 strix
Monitor - Asus VX239H
HDD - 128 ssd + 1tb hdd
CASE - Cooler Master Scout 2
Power - Cooler Master GXII Pro 650W 80+ Bronze
Cooling - Cooler Master Seidon 120v

I like to keep my parts uniformed(same brand) haha..all in all this build comes around $1500 in my part of town, 1800ish+ including cooler master gaming keyboard + mouse. I am just wondering if the power is enough if I do some minor clocking, and if the cooling is a bit overkill for that?

Thanks guys!

Can really test a Windows user resolve. Ignore or increase that item.
