My mp4 player has some problems please help

Hello... I bought me an mp4/mp3 player model: IKO, TOP technology, HM 1135. And I have experiance some momory lose and some files errors with this player so I decided to format it. I looked on anther discussion about memory lost at this forum and they give some programs as: Anapod Reinitializer and amv converter that allow to format player through them.

So I was wondering if I would use one of these programs to format my player would it erease the firmware, because I dont think I download a firmware for this mp4 player. so if it would erease the firmware I can't use the programs to format my player...
Anybody had formatted their mp4 player and can get my an answer???...

by the way I forgot to mention that I have disc with a file " HM-1135 upgrade software.rfw " well I understand that this is the upgrade for the firmware but how can I open this format RTW ? how to use this software ?
