My mom can't connect to the internet.

She has Windows 7 running on a Dell PC connected to her HughesNet HT1000 modem via ethernet cable. She needs a driver so Windows will see the modem. Can someone please give me a direct link?

Hi Datalyss,

Since you have not mentioned the system model of your Dell computer, I would not be able to provide with a direct link. However, you can download and install the required driver from our Support Site. Just type the service tag of the computer -> choose the operating system -> expand network to download and install the driver.

Thanks and Regards,
Appu S

I would suggest you to go on website go to support section and enter the exact model number of your PC by selecting the right operating system then go to the network section to download and install the driver. Hopefully this shall solve your problem. Thanks

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
