My MAC had a virus. They aren't virus proof . AND!!!!!!

I bought a refurb Macbook Pro a year ago. After the first week,I couldn't go onto Facebook without loosing every password including the bank,ATT,very single password and lost email address,appleID and all their passwords.Also bought QUICKTMIE PRO 7 and it ruined QUICTIME PLAYER and made screen move in slow motion. I had so many problems,I called APPLECARE AT LEAST ONECE A WEEK FOR A YEAR!!!!. THE KEYBORD QUIT WORKING LIKE A MAC KEYBOARD. Applecare left a hijacked email address in my computer and said don't bother it or we might have big problems. I asks multiple times to send it back for warranty repair as I approached th no warranty limit. One week out of warranty they told me it need to be sent to Mac for repair but was out of warranty.I live in the US Virgin Islands where Mac is not recognized nor has a repair station. When I purchased the Mac,they had to send it to my sister in Dallas for her to send it to me. They charged me 200.00 for quickbooks and quickooks charges $175.00 Everyone on the net charges less than APPLE almost.They sent the disc first,then 4 days later the computer causing my sister to make 2 trips to the post office for me. She's 75 years old. I felt so bad I put her out like that.The confusion was crazy. APPLE tries every call to sell you extended warranty for $249.00 for 2 years . I replied.WHAT!!!!!. I PAY $1200.00 for a computer so it won't get viruses and hacked,hijacked or whatever. They tell me thats not the main problem. The computer can easily fail within 18 months and it could cost hundreds to have them repair it,since theres no Apple rep here. I replied with the fact that I plan on my $1200.00 computer to keep working.They said good luck.Many times the tech doesn't know whats happening and puts you on hold for 15 minutes,then the next tech does the same until you notice you started at 8:00 PM and its MIDNIGHT!!!!!!!. Now you exceeded your cellphone minutes and that bill is huge. Thanks to Apple.I wish I could attach the last email they sent me.I can't describe how wrong it is.I could have bought 3 windows laptops for the price of one Mac. They even agree their platform is terrible for Quickbooks. I use a Toshiba for Quickbooks invoicing and estimates.BEWARE OF APPLE. Id be worried about repercussions from them if this weren't all the honest truth.
