My LG tv dont remember settings

Hello, I have LG 22LG3000 lcd tv. Problem is that when I turn off tv and later turn on tv I get welcome screen, like screen when tv was first time started and I need to go thru the wizzard and save settings. It looks like My tv goes to factory reset mode (factory default settings) every time it turn off/or in standbay.

Exact same problem with an LG 22MT44D

I have the exact same problem with an LG 22MT44D but i have narrowed it down to only step 1 of the initial setup that doesn't save... step 2 onwards saves its setting including the date and time, however the input setting always defaults to the tuner.

My 2 pence is that when it boots it can't read the config telling it its already setup, but reading shouldn't corrupt it.
