My lenovo laptop is not working with games its hanging

i purchased a new lenovo 320 laptop
i5-8th gen processer.
8 gb ram
2 tb harddisk
2 gb radeon r7 graphic card
windows 10-64 bits
i have purchased a new laptop but as i installed my first game (dishounered 1- 7gb) but as i opened the game it totally freezez and is barely likely to play and it happens for every game i dont lnow whether my laptop is not good or its the game.
please help me out ?
