I have to put my head down on the computer and at times this doesn't even help. I have checked and rechecked that the volume is at 100% on both my computer and the website I am trying to hear. I have called tech support numerous times over the last 3 years but they tell me there is nothing wrong. This is a HP Pavilion dv-7 entertainment notebook with 64 windows 7.
