Question

my laptop is not booting properly

Oct 5, 2015 12:17PM PDT

My dell 3521 is restarting in booting screen from last 2days. I checked preboot system assessment but found no errors. It shows everything is working fine. Also removed the battery and pressed power button for a while but the problem remain as it is. Please help me what to do?

Can you be a little bit more precise? Booting is a process from truning on to showing the Windows (assuming it's Windows, not Linux) welcome screen or login screen, and some people will even say it doesn't boot if it restarts after entering a valid Windows account to login to.
Where exactly does it fail?

I am using Windows 7 32 bit.
Laptop Dell 3521 core i3
500 gb/4 gb
2.25 ghz processor
Inbuilt graphic card
No recent software installation during last 2 months.
Only basic uses.. Such as ms office (word/excel) ps audios & video..
No hardware or software prevailing issues before this..

By saying booting screen I meant to say that whenever I start the power button it displays DELL logo and then restarts & again restart.. if I press F2 or F12 it goes to corresponding menus then it doesn't restart by self.

Sounds like a damaged or blown Windows.
