by x1800yolk / November 5, 2007 6:18 AM PST

NOOOO!!! I have to send my laptop on vacation. It's going to Sager Computer in California because it freezes every time the usb ports encounter static electricity. So, while it's gone, I'll lose my mind Happy Or buy an Asus EEE. I could really use support from you guys Happy Thanks, Brian

When I plug in my zune to it's charger, the charger output is 5 volts, 1.4 amps. My laptop's usb ports have a different power outage, so when I plug in my zune, the cable has more of a charge on it than my usb port does, I guess.. It happens with mice and flash drives, too. Thanks for asking, Brian

That's funny, because the asus eee has nearly the same body shape (with the front sorta thinner than the back with the little curved step in between). lol!

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
