My laptop is geting closed without any warning

I have a new laptop of asus which is only 6 months old..1 week back i formatted it and made it a dual boot after that there is some or the other problem always in my laptop like clock is lagging behind or hang up or something then i formatted it again 2 days back as it used to get turned off without any warning ...but after format also the problem has continued and the point is it never gets of when it is connected to a charger ...while on reboot also ...it starts then its icon pops up then it turnoff then automatically once again it starts and then it goes on..plz help me
