my laptop toshiba x875 q7380 , has built in camera ,how do i activate it to work , and as webcam vedio

gets noting found at my search box
may i get step by step guidance ,

I just got a Windows 8.1 machine and there is no desktop app for the camera. I have to use the camera Metro app. My windows 7 machine has a desktop camera app that came with the computer and is available on the Laptop makers website under support and under software and drivers.

First you have to instal your driver of webcam than instal cyber link web cam...also switch ON your cam device...

need software to talk to it to operate it. I recently bought a Windows 8 machine and there was no desktop software to operate the camera. When I go to the Metro Camera app it allows me to switch from Video or stills and take a picture.

like Skype or Yahoo I just point to the camera in Skype or Yahoo configuration and it works.
