I sat and stared at it for ages, trying to figure out what it was you were saying. I have read it through about 5 times now and I still have no idea what it is you are trying to say. What is 9.4 or 8.3? Some sort of score? The iPod was launched in 2001, what was the product that came out "way" earlier that had people "freaked"?
When was the Archos Gmini(sic) introduced? I really don't think it was before 2001, but I could be wrong.
Oh, did you know that "Tiger Baby! OS X" has a built-in, system wide spell checker? It even works on CNET.
Keep taking the meds
The Ipod is the biggest mp3 player on the market, but some disagree that it is the best. With the release of the video Ipod people cheered. But in reality people found out about Iaudio and Archos for the first time. They are the smaller group of mp3 players that has cult following. A cult following being a smaller group of people who swear by something. Anyway people finaly found out about these products and freaked. They have been out way longer and have very little reviews. As soon as the ipod hit the market the ipod got so many reveiws, some increadible from macheads, and some bad from either apple haters or another cult followings lovers. Lets refer to the Archos Gmini. Before the ipod it was about 9.4. When the Ipod hit it was brought down to 8.3. The ipod did not do well when it came out because the people who dont like it got there first. The secluded people usualy are more serious about that subject. In this case mp3 players that had video first. This actualy is not unlike Macintosh and Windows. The serious developers all use Powermacs and Powerbooks. Therefore most people serious about the subject or electronic will end up in a cult following.
