Read https://www.cnet.com/forums/discussions/wireless-network-dropout/ where we are working such an issue.
They have a fix but we are waiting for the member to run one last test.
Before I bein, I should probably warn you guys that I am a complete noob. But I'll try to answer any technical questions you may have. Okay.
I'm using an HP laptop. I'm not really sure what it's called but it's running a factory installed Windows 10 OS, it's 64 bit and it's got 6 GB RAM. It's also running an intel Core i5. I'm also using a Buffalo Air-station Router with a 1.5 MBPS DSL line.
There's this problem with the internet whenever I use the PC. The internet just stops working. The PC would say "Connected but No Internet Access" or something like that. This happens maybe five minutes into using the PC. The quick fix is to switch the router off and switch it on again and it comes back after that but then it stops working again after a while.
I have no idea where the problem originates from. It usually only happens when I use the PC. I use an iPhone 6s, an LG G4, an iPad, a Playstation 4, a Playstation Vita, a Windows Phone and some other random tat with the same router and nothing seems to happen. The same problem does happen but perhaps with the frequency of once every three days with the other devices.
There's not a time I've switched on this laptop when it hasn't happened. My ISP guys say the line's fine on their end and they don't help beyond telling me to switch it off and on again.
Again I'm sorry for being such a noob and not knowing any more technical aspects.
