Most likely normal

If you have nothing running that is connected to the internet, eg a browser, or P2P software, then this could be normal.

On a broadband ISP connection the ISP is constantly communicating with the modem.

What do you see that concerns you?

I am concerned because I did not have this situation couple weeks ago! second, I don't have this problem on my PC. Third, I have up-to-date online protection and no spyware was found! however, when I send or receive messages they take much time to transmit or receive!

Microsoft has this "drizzle" method of downloading updates that drives some folk mad.

Have you installed a firewall so you can see what it is?

Did you need MORE than that? Did you try ?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
