Resolved Question

My icons have jumped to the top of the page.

by Ponderingone / March 15, 2014 11:24 PM PDT

All my icons went to the top of my computer a couple days ago. I have tried to drag them down.

I hate them up there! I am at a loss here. Please help.

Thank You

On the top of every page, they normally reside at the bottom. Time, date, notebook, E, ect. I think it is called a task bar.
