This issue is common if less than WPA-PSK is used on the wifi. Also if you hid the SSID. We have a preferred setup on your Networking forum sticky if you want to compare against yours.
Another issue are other 2.4GHz devices. For now, unplug those.
My System is: MS Windows XP - Media Center Ed. - Ver. 2002 - Manuf. HP - 2GB Ram. We have a home wireless network. I use a a printer thru the network. - Without shutting down or any other changes, my connection to the network "goes away" - anad I have to re-establish the network several times a day. -- Could it be my Norton Anti-Virus firewall eliminating my network? -- Any other suggestions?
