My harman/kardon receiver is not playing

I believe I setup my system correctly. However, my receiver is not working. I have 700 harmony remote. Also, my apple TV is not working either.

I have to step back and try other setups.

Sorry if that's unhelpful but it's happened to me a few times. Hope you can re-think the setup and try other ways. I read a recent manual and it was a hoot with the FIVE DIFFERENT WAYS to connect it up.
