Question

My Google account changed country

May 10, 2015 2:39PM PDT

I visited a website with a kr extension and now my whole google account has changed to google Korea. (https://www.google.co.kr). How do I get it to default back to Google USA? I have tried clearing the cache etc. in Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer.

Google chrome defaults to Korea
May 11, 2015 2:07AM PDT

Right, I have reset it, put in "open to a specific page," etc. but it still defaults to Korea. It's a "global" thing that affects my access to Google on any computer so I really need a way to fix this - thanks! I am using Windows 8.1 and Chrome version 42 (?).
