Question

My friend is being followed by an image we need answers

May 3, 2018 1:59AM PDT

So my friend just told me about this problem she's been having. Five years ago she searched for a picture for an art project (it's a drawing of a blue-haired anime girl) and that was that. She thought. Now, for five years, every time she logs into a computer (not the same one) that picture pops up in a chrome window, it never fails. She does not use the email she used at the time anymore and there is no explanation for this. If anyone knows what this is or what it means, please reach out.
This is the image: https://www.google.se/search?q=anime+girl+anime+girl+long+blue+hair&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjYz8LplenaAhXBDewKHfg6C80Q_AUoAXoECAAQAw&biw=1280&bih=615#imgrc=ZyO-esxSY6J3qM:

the image is obviously attached to some account she signs into. Everything that requires a password entry, she should check to see if it's been set as an avatar.
