My F8 Key Wont Work to Agree to the Licensing

by bluelove73 / September 29, 2004 9:11 AM PDT

Hey I'm trying to do another repair to my pc using the Windows XP cd. I hit enter to install windows, then I'm supposed to press F8 to accept the agreement to continue on, but when I press F8, it won't do anything! On top of my F8 key, it has a picture that says "Save" (The keyboard is not the original that came with the pc Compaq Presario 5102us).

Can anyone help me?? Why isn't the F8 work???

I thought of going to my neighbor's apartment and ask him if I could borrow his keyboard... lol

But I figured it out... I had to press some F-Lock button on my keyboard for it to work...

Thanks anyway!
