It's what we are required to do because a hard drive can die at any time. We backup files and data to another location or removable drive, such as flash drive. And for our important information/files, we made TWO backups.

Everyday I saved my work data in excel worksheet. Next day i will open my sheet my saved data lost always show blank sheet. When i start my pc i do clean my temp and prefetch junk data. is it affect my data ? and how i recover my lost data in excel .
