General discussion

My dock has become mighty crowded over the years...

Is there any utility that allows for tabbed organization of items in the mac os dock?

Also out of curiosity... is there a way to turn off dashboard other than just disabling all the widgets?

Thanks all.

have not seen a utility but,

you could try putting the items you want tabbing into a folder in the Applications folder.
Drag the folder to the dock, unfortunately it will be on the right hand side of the line, and when you click on it you will get a list of items.
Somewhat like putting bookmarks into folders.

I like one of the quotes at the bottom where they state. I wonder why apple hasn't thought of this
