Try Startup repair from your Windows 10 install disk or the recovery drive you made.
Probably it will fail with some hardware error. Then you'll have to fix that.
I have a MSI motherboard with a disk drive and a solid state drive. My SSD has the Windows 10 program on it but last night it would boot. It says i need to put in the windows boot disc but i shouldnt need to because I know everything is on the SSD. I went onto the BIOS menu and tried reorganizing the priority settings and saved it but nothing still. Its booted before so I dont understand why now is different.
