Any FBI screen there?
a few days ago my computer was locked by a program called manycam and says i need a $200 green dot card in order to unlock it. the only thing im able to is start it in safemode with command prompt.

If you can boot into safe mode with command prompt you might be lucky if you can do what's described in http://pcsupport.about.com/od/fixtheproblem/ht/systemrestorecp.htm
Choose a restore point more than a few days ago.

In Windows 7, you'll need the Windows 7 install DVD or install USB-stick to boot from to do a system restore.
