my computer sometimes restart when the power goes out

so sometime while playing any game if the power goes out( which is normal when i come from to happen) my pc restarts but only if i'm playing games now what i did is get a new power supply around 600 watt to see if the problem goes a away but it got worse my pc started restarting by itself so i changed back to my old power supply 350 watt and got a new ups and the problem still occurred but less but i still want to find a permanent fix could be my cmos battery does it need changing ???

i have a
intel corei7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.4GHz

Sounds like the UPS is defective.

When power drops out you can't be sure what many PCs will do. At best they power off. Sometimes they'll restart or just hang.

Your UPS sounds defective. Try a better one.

Possible your BIOS got reset to default values

Go into the BIOS settings during POST time, before Boot, and change it to NOT restart after power outage.
