I think it's the 1 long beep and 3 shorts beep problem
EGA ( enhanced graphic adapter )

About the information you asked me to post I don't know where to see it since i'm not a really advanced user.

And yes...my computer iis on warranty I just got it today and like I said that company support is awful.
I would like to avoid, going to that store again, their support it's awful and slow, unless really needed I will go there and I read some posts it might be the monitor but I don?t know since I only got this computer and this monitor.

Thank you for help!

Did you turn the power off, open it up and gently push the cards back into their slots?

Is there any software to tell me what's wrong?
by SEEK_AND_DESTROY_ / August 8, 2008 6:49 AM PDT

I would like to know, if there's any kind of software that would diagnotisc the problem and tell me how to repair it?

Or I really have to buy that diagnosis card?

I have to jump back in here. . .

Since the PC is only a day or so old, and you are not familiar with the inner workings, you REALLY need to take it back. Bite the bullet. And since you still haven't told us anything about the PC such as make and model, I don't know what else to suggest.

It's new, the seller has an obligation, and a legal one, to fix it, take it back.

So In this case I will let you know in 2 days if anything comes up

Since it broke so soon, the matter is in their hands.
