I see no mention of installing any OS.
I tried a lot of stuff it doesn’t work plewseee help it starts up everything runs it just doesn’t want to boot it was my first build please helppp

I see no mention of installing any OS.
Windows doesn't move between machines like this. Too many reasons why.
In short, you need to install your choice of OS after you build the PC.
or in the interim use a free Linux Mint OS disc to have an operating system.

How to install the OS is on the web. It's also in most motherboard setup chapters as well.
The only reason to not know is to forget there are so many tutorials and documents on this.
You start out with first build.
Then you say something about using an old hdd.
Now you say you only replaced the gpu.
Paint the picture, members are too far away to see what you did.
Give a step by step.
