Question

My computer keeps crashing/freezing

My computer will freeze and the audio will change from music or whatever noise there was to a robotic sound or static sound. It well then wither unfreeze in around 5-10 minutes and I will have to restart all my programs cause they stopped responding. Or I will have to turn it off.

I first thought this was my computer over heating or something since it tends to happen more commonly when I have more things running, but it can still happen if all I'm doing is watching YouTube.

My fans seem to be working fine, I even took off the side of the computer case to help airflow with no difference. I have tried Malware Bytes virus scan or what ever it's called, I have also tried ccleaner, the registry cleaner, and both did absolutely nothing.

Any help would be appreciated considering playing competitive games like counter strike is a big risk since a lot of times I crash and end up getting banned or throwing a ton of matches for my team.

There are machines that have this issue and it's hardware, driver or setting issues. But here we see no word about the PC so in this case you should be back at the maker's support to fix your PC.
