Run a complete scan on the 'new' computer and followed the link from TechTracker the program to the TechTracker website while logged into CNET? That URL contains unique identifiers that link your scan results to your CNET account.

I just installed CNET Tech Tracker on a new computer (Windows XP). I already have an existing account for my other computer. When I go to view software, I receive the message that my computer is not recognized and that I must first install the program. I have installed the program 3 times and still get the same screen. How do I get beyond this screen so that my computer will be recognized?
