My computer is corrupted ?!!!!!

i have a problem with my computer since i bought it.
the problem continues to happen to me every windows i install.
i can provide any details you want to help me figure the solution of my problem.
what happens is that a lot of programs begins to crash a lot.
and a lot of .dll files begins to be corrupted.
and i have to install another windows so i can continue working on my computer.
so please help me find out the solution and thanks Grin

Too vague.

Please start with PC details so you get help on the first go. It's also something you bought so tell why it's not a warranty issue.
