Your too hot.
Get some canned air and give the innards a good cleaning.
Verify all the fans function and any filters are clean.
Leave the side panel off and test.
Try to reboot every couple of days your machine has been on for 25 days.
Your patriot ram is throttling your ram speed.
Get another kit of that corsair ram and replace the patriot ram.
My PC (a pre-loved gift from a family member a few years back) has just started stuttering. Input, sound, and graphics can sometimes hang for up to 2 seconds, several times per minute. It has been working completely fine until a few days ago, and I haven't downloaded/run anything new in that time, so i don't think it's software related. Windows 10 64 bit; Intel Core i7 2600K; 12.0GB DDR3 ram; EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680
