Question

My computer died

Hello! My comuter died today and i dont know whats the matter. Screen is dark, mouse and keyboard arent shining and the case ventilation fan isnt spinning. Can someone please help? Thanks Happy

If nothing at all, not even the usual LED's on the motherboard, it could be the PSU. Get your Volt meter and check it against the specs.

If nothing is turning on, it's usually the power supply but try a few things first. Assuming it's a desktop..... and if you're plugged into a battery backup, unplug and go straight into the wall socket. If you've been playing with the back of the desktop computer, try switching the red switch on the back of the computer power supply to the "on" position. Tried using a different power cable to plug from the computer to the power outlet?
