I didn't think there was any different difficulty levels between snakes. I guess I's wrong.
believe it or not some snakes are very difficult to keep alive in captivity: food requirements theres a snake that will only eat ells, or the eastern hog nosed snake eats toads if fed mice eventually it will die.
bull snakes are very hardy, easy to feed, voracious wont refuse to eat.
ball pythons can be finickyat times refuse to eat.
thats why i said bull snakes easy for beginner.
Thank you for the info! I just wonder, how it can be difficult to take care of a snake once you know what to feed them.
and when they get sick
finding a vet Dr. who knows reptiles/or will let you order meds that you need.as most veterinarians dont have a big background with reptiles.
3 weeks ago was fun giveing my king snake oral meds, sticking a tube down throat and giveing meds, and its a non venomus snake, emagine a rattler or any venomus snake![]()
