My brief 'affair' with Windows 10

Feb 23, 2016 4:48AM PST

Just thought I would share my very brief 'affair' with Windows 10 having just rolled my PC back to Windows 7 for a couple of reasons.

On three occasions I received the BAD_POOL_HEADER error message and had to reboot, I was initially hoping to find a solution to this. However then I found that uTorrent (free) froze my M/C and Vuze did precisely the same. The PC also froze for no apparent reason on a couple of occasions.

Perhaps a clean install would have prevented some of my issues but as I had been really happy with Windows 7 I decided to roll-back. Aside from having to remove a few unwanted locks from program icons the the roll-back went smoothly and from what I can see the PC is as it was before so all I have lost is a few hours messing around with the unit. I didn't want to suffer the frustration of an unreliable machine or spend endless hours trying to make certain programs work well.

my laptop came with it, I had issues too after just a few months of normal use, blew it out and went back to good old Win7

froze your PC ? That's not unusual with any OS , XP, Vista , 7 or 8 .
Whats M/C ?
I wouldn't call this a Win 10 failure.

I can wrote torrents and Vuze have caused many PCs on all versions of windows to have issues. Nothing new here.
