My billing was more than expected

I checked with my isp about my charges because it was more than what i usually pay. They gave me a report about some connections that was made on the same line i was using but the times given are periods when i have logged off from the internet shut down my computer. no one else is using this line apart from me. How can this happen?

Can anyone help me on this?

What numbers were called, as stated in the report ? Do you reconize those numbers ?

Are you on dial-up ? If so, Do you have a telephone set attached ?

What could have happened: a crossed line, a tapped line for illegal ''stolen'' usage, ''inside job''....
