But there's a thing I always try with a non-responsive laptop first. It's free and does not affect files so here's the short version.
Power off, remove charger, remove big battery and then press and hold the power button for 60 seconds. Release the power button, slip in the battery, apply the charger and test.
If this fails the machine needs repair. Also, not a Windows issue since Windows is not running yet.
I was working in Adobe Photoshop when I went to print something I came back and my laptop screen was off power indicator was off but the caplocks key light was on. The laptop started to really hot the fan was not on so I though it was dead. I left it to cool down for a hour. When I plug it in to charge it i did not turn on and the charging light was off too. The laptop started to get warm. I need help
