My 5Ghz wireless keyboard doesn't pair with my compter

I recently bought a Rapoo E9090P wireless keyboard. The first time I connected the keyboard to my Dell XPS 8300 it worked. But as I wanted to download the software to edit the touchpad gestures I disconnected the keyboard. Now it won't work anymore and I am clueless. I also use a Trust wireless mouse but they dont seem to interfere because the keyboard worked.

The 5GHz appears to be via an inductuon pad.

To me that's not "wireless." Try the Bluetooth pairing next (2.4GHz)

I am confused

So how do I choose to pair via 2.4Ghz? I am sorry I am really unfamilliar with these things. I have got a little usb receiver to pair with the keyboard but is doesn' t seem to connect anymore...

how far from receiver

how far is the keyboard from the receiver. there is such thing as too close. make sure it is about 10 inches apart.

At this point a total fail.

The product doesn't document how so it's dead. Go get a refund for a most friendly product. I like the Logitech K400 Plus for models that look close to your Rapoo.
