1. Be sure the firmware is current.
2. Check all timers.
3. See if the date and time is correct.
4. Still broken? It's a warranty issue. Always call these in and get the date, time, confirmation number to log so you have a trail about the issue so when it's out of warranty you have documentation that it was broken inside the warranty period.
5. Don't want to do all that? See if your retailer will take a return.
