1. Be sure the firmware is current.
2. Check all timers.
3. See if the date and time is correct.
4. Still broken? It's a warranty issue. Always call these in and get the date, time, confirmation number to log so you have a trail about the issue so when it's out of warranty you have documentation that it was broken inside the warranty period.
5. Don't want to do all that? See if your retailer will take a return.
I will very clearly turn the tv off and the red light on the tv will reflect that it is off. The tv volume is also always at 0 since I use a sound bar for the audio. A few minutes after being off, the tv will randomly turn back on to static and will always be at 9 volume, even though it was previously turned down to 0. Please help me rule out a demon haunting my house lol.
