MusicMatch Jukebox Upgrade Question

by John Lucifer Jones / January 28, 2004 3:48 AM PST

I recently upgraded (for the hell of it) from MMJB 7.1 to 8.2 -- and while the app is working, I now have two huge folders: the original JUKEBOX folder, and a new JUKEBOX UPGRADE folder. Both contain many identical files, including mmjb.exe. Together they are taking up around 125MB of space, which seems unfair to the rest of my applications Wink

I tried to see what would happen when I deleted first one, then the other folder, but I got runtime/missing file errors both ways, so clearly they are referencing each other. But I'm unwilling to let MMJB dominate my space, so here's the question:

Do I need both complete folders and sets of executables? Does anyone know which dupes I can delete, and/or how to dump all needed files into one folder so I can trach the trash? Since I'm a MMJB Basic user only, I can't get support from them...
