MusicMatch Jukebox alternative

I've been using MusicMatch from version 5.0 to 7.5 (I didn't see a need to upgrade from 7.5). I've been very happy with 7.5. Now, I can't do any super tagging (downloading track info and cover art). I'm looking for an alternative with the following expectations. The alternative (while hopefully free or very low cost) will allow me to tag my files as mentioned above and will automatically convert playlists and libraries from MusicMatch (I have to many to start from scratch again).

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
