Musicmatch downloads

Jan 8, 2005 5:01AM PST

Hiya...I'm looking for a reasonably priced MP3 subscription service...Musicmatch intrigues me but I don't understand how it works. It offers "On Demand", for fees ranging from $8-$10/mo., with "over 800,000 songs" you can play and add to your library (and I'm thinking once they're there, they're burnable to CD or MP3 player). They don't specifically say they're burnable cuz they also offer the "Music Store" where you can buy songs for $.99, etc. Is anyone using Musicmatch and could you please explain the difference to me (and most importantly, could I burn CD's from the "On Demand" service? Thx

Hey,
I was just looking through this forum and I noticed that you are looking for info on musicmatch.
We had the program for 4 months. We were led to believe that you can download the music and burn it but you cannot do that. You can only create your own personalized play lists that you can only listen to on your pc. so really its no different than media player.
The MSN music store you can find on media player 10, once you enter your credit card number than you can start downloading the music you want and then burn it off.
Hope this helps you out. If you have any more questions you can email us at jennandsteve@sympatico.ca and we will try to help you out.

Go to this place and purchase MP3's cheap and legally

I went to this place, signed up and I have been buying MP3's with excellent quality for a few months already. No problems or rip-offs with my credit card.
It costs you 1cent /1 MB.
www.allofmp3.com
They have all the new releases, latin, french, italian, classical. The whole package.
Try it because I have had OnDemand from MM for a few months, but there is no way you can burn unless you purchase for .99cts/song. You only save playlists to listen as often as you like on CD quality.
Good Luck
