Music Problems

Aug 21, 2005 10:41AM PDT

I listened to my music in musicmatch for about 2 years now. My computer has Windows XP and has several user accounts on it. Last week Musicmatch prompted me to upgrade to the newer version. Now that I did any songs that my sister listens to on her user account cannot be played on mine. I tryed opening Windows Media Player and listening to them on that but that doesnt work either it just says file cannot be found or something similar. If I log on to her user though I can still listen to them. I have located the files and they are still where they are supposed to be so I can't figure out the problem. Anyone know what could be wrong.

You can either back out the upgrade, or upgrade your sister

to the new software. There may have been a conversion when the new software was installed.

When I upgraded it upgraded it for all the users. I tried doing a system restore to before I upgraded and that didnt help either.
